About

Travelers shouldn't have to choose between the consistency of a five-star hotel and the soul of a private home. Here Collection marries the two.

Each property is a love letter to its location — rooted in place, elevated through design, delivered with the quiet precision of world-class hospitality. As a beloved home owner or boutique hotel you’ll experience the transparency and quality of our team from the first moment we step onto the property.

"Here is not just a place. It's a way of being."

Co-Founder / President

Will has spent 15+ years at the intersection of hospitality design and real estate development, building a career defined by the belief that where you stay should feel as intentional as why you travel. As CEO of Artistree Hospitality Group and Founder of Artistree Home — a design and build firm specializing in short-term rentals — he has developed a rare fluency in both the architectural and operational sides of luxury property. An experienced investor in boutique hotels and STRs, Will founded Here Collection to bring a missing standard to the market: homes that perform like assets and feel like sanctuaries.

Co-Founder / COO

Jade brings over 30 years of experience across communications, hospitality, and property management — and a hands-on mastery of the guest experience that few can match. As a longtime Airbnb Superhost with over 3,000 five-star reviews, she has built her reputation on the kind of quiet, anticipatory care that turns a first-time guest into a loyal one. CEO of multiple ventures spanning short, mid, and long-term stays, and a principal at a NYC-based family real estate office, Jade ensures that every Here Collection property runs with the precision of a five-star hotel and the soul of a home someone truly loves.
